Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep things moving.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $25 or more.
For orders under $25, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, though timing may vary due to carrier conditions or seasonal volume.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Rest & Roam Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@restandroam.co within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Rest & Roam Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.
